She generally works three days per week at the office.

Kandas graduated from Glenville State College in 1987 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. This part-time job gives her the opportunity to maintain professional relationships while at the same time enjoying the flexibility of retirement. She generally works three days per week.

Carol's experience with DHHR makes her familiar with welfare issues and concerns, especially the abused and neglected children Anita represents. She understands client confidentiality and the need for professionalism in the law office.

Carol is married to Tom Dale, who retired in 2004 from the State Department of Transportation and they are the parents of one son, Eric Dale. In her retirement, Carol enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
